Terms of service
Welcome to REIN LLC, a multi-division talent agency located in Los Angeles, California. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
Agency Fees: We charge a standard agency fee of 20% for all bookings unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This fee will be added to the total cost of the booking.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the booking. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, ACH wire transfer, or check.
Billing: All bookings are at least at a 1 hour minimum. After the initial hour, we book in half hour increments by rounding up/down depending on the time. ie. If the talent worked from 12pm - 1:05 pm, we will bill for 1 hour. If the talent worked from 12pm - 1:15pm, we will bill for 1 hour and a half. If any booking goes over expected time, rate will be increased. Exact rate will be noted on the booking confirmation form.
Booking Requirements: To secure our talent for your event, you must sign both our Booking Agreement and Booking Confirmation forms prior to the booking date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Location: Our headquarters is located at 1800 Vine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90028. We book talent worldwide and are committed to providing exceptional service wherever your event is held.
